“I believe the goal of therapy is to empower my clients and help them enhance their quality of life. Therapy is a conversation that is enhanced through compassionate guidance; I assist my clients in taking action as they learn to put new skills and techniques into practice within their lives. It is rewarding to observe the transformations that are achieved through self- actualization, and accountability as my clients achieve exciting changes through mindful exploration in our sessions that positively impact their lives. I am passionate about growth and development. I believe in incorporating a person’s values and cultures in order to tailor a plan that is specific to their respective needs as we work together to achieve patient goals in a warm, caring, nurturing space.”
