“I believe the goal of therapy is to empower you and help you enhance your quality of life by helping you learn new ways of coping with life’s struggles and providing a safe space for you to explore your emotions, re-discover your values, and re-kindle that fire for those things that were once meaningful and important to you. I’ll walk by your side as you gain further insight into your struggles and identify and OWN those inner strengths that you already possess inside. Therapy with me is a conversation that is enhanced through compassionate guidance. It is important to me that you have a safe space to be heard and a safe place to heal;  I will support you as you take this journey toward healing, and we will create a plan together, that is tailored to your needs and is unique to you so that you can start to take those steps toward living the life that you have always wanted and deserved”.
